As part of our global network, Bai Sheng Apparel partners with trusted factories in Tirupur and Punjab — regions renowned for textile craftsmanship and premium cotton.
India, as one of the world’s top cotton producers, offers locally sourced long-staple cotton known for its softness and durability. Our partners also use high-grade imported cotton, including Australian varieties, to meet specific fabric and quality standards.
These composite units offer vertical capabilities — from yarn processing and knitting to dyeing, cutting, stitching, and finishing. Semi-automated systems and high capacity ensure efficiency without compromising on detail.
We work with a wide range of fabrics, including:
  • 100% combed & ring-spun cotton
  • Cotton-elastane blends
  • Organic & BCI-certified cotton
  • Modal, viscose, recycled & polyester blends
The facilities support a broad spectrum of products, from casualwear to fashion and performance apparel.

As part of our global network, Bai Sheng Apparel operates a state-of-the-art, vertically integrated facility in Anhui, China — the center of our production excellence. This advanced setup combines cutting-edge technology with skilled craftsmanship to ensure premium quality, efficiency, and flexibility.

Our China-based facility manages every stage of production in-house:

As part of our global manufacturing network, Bai Sheng Apparel partners with a trusted composite factory in Dhaka, Bangladesh — a region globally recognized for its garment expertise and access to premium cotton. This cooperation enables us to offer scalable, efficient, and ethically responsible production solutions to our global clients.
